A: 3–5 business days for production, then 7–14 business days for shipping (US, UK, CA, AU). Tracking is provided for every order.

A: Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for personalization errors made by the customer. However, if there is a defect or error on our end, we will replace it at no cost.
