Important Notice: Custom & Personalized Items
"We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect."
All of our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Because each sign is uniquely crafted for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at guodongli971@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Photo evidence of the issue must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong name, spelling, or design)
Items that have been used or altered
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at guodongli971@gmail.com.
European Union
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, provided the item has not been personalized or custom-made.
