Because every dog brace from SacredHandmade is unique and custom-crafted based on your dog’s exact measurements, **we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind reasons once production has begun.** We kindly ask you to double-check your pup's measurements carefully before finalizing your order.

**Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items**
Your dog's comfort and health are our top priorities. If the brace arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly made compared to the measurements you provided, please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately.

To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within **14 days** of receiving your package.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Attach clear photo or video evidence showing the issue or measurement mismatch.

Once verified, we will gladly make it right by offering a free replacement crafted to correct specifications or a full refund.
